New apartment hunting

Mom and Grandma went apartment hunting this weekend. Luckily we think we found a place that will be hundreds of dollars cheaper than where we're living now. Currently we're going to make sure that we get a remodeled unit and then we'll set a date to move in.

It's quite a bit smaller than the apartment we have now by 300 sq ft but it'll be nice to pay less, considering where we're living wants to raise our rent by like $300! And in the new place we'll be able to use our washer and dryer. That'll be nice. We'll be having a garage sale too within the next few weeks.
